  • Customer relationship management (CRM): Tracking correspondence, quotes, invoicing via the Odoo tool
    Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures
  • Audience analysis: Browsing data via Google Analytics
    Legal basis: Consent
  • Website security: Technical data (IP address, logs)
    Legal basis: Legitimate interest (securing the website)

Certain data is mandatory for processing your request. If this data is not provided, your request cannot be processed.

Where possible, data is anonymised.


4. Recipients and processors

The data is intended for the internal departments of HSTI-France.

It may also be processed by the following processors:

  • Odoo : Website and CRM management
  • Infomaniak : Data hosting (Switzerland, a country recognised as adequate by the European Union)
  • Google Analytics : Audience analysis

Certain data may be transferred outside the European Union, in particular to the United States, within a secure framework in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework.

HSTI-France does not transfer or sell any personal data.


5. Data retention period

Data is retained:

  • For 3 years from the last contact for prospective customers
  • For the duration of the contractual relationship for customers
  • For up to 10 years to meet certain legal obligations (particularly accounting and tax obligations)
  • For a maximum of 13 months for cookies
